I made these great muffins using King Arthur’s Flour, Gluten Free Muffin Mix. All I had to do was follow some simple directions and added my blueberries. It has a vanilla base so you can add anything, banana’s, chocolate chips, apples or applesauce, nuts if your are not allergic. I made a double batch and I made them just before Christmas and they stayed fresh and they are yummy. I did not refrigerate them so I was surprised how great they lasted. Most of my friends and family loved them, some thought I should have added sugar but it didn’t call for it and I didn’t think it needed it. Most of my guests and friends at work couldn’t even tell they were gluten free.
♥ So I love ♥ King Arthur’s Flour, Gluten Free Muffin Mix and will use it again, I’m thinking dark chocolate chips for the next batch ♥
