READ MORE »After many years of being misdiagnosed (Over 25 years) my body finally became so toxic that I got very ill, lost 30 pounds in less than 3 weeks. After many tests I found out that I have Celiac Disease along with several other autoimmune diseases. It was over whelming to say the least, being Italian I grew up with pasta and bread and now I have to give it up forever. I cried the first time I went shopping because it was so overwhelming and so costly. Every day is a new adventure for me. I am learning things I never thought I would need to know. I ask you bear with me as I learn how everything works. So you see, you can teach and old dog new tricks. LOL.
